I have been physically active since I remember. During school time I was an equestrian horse rider and high level show jumper. When I started university I did not find so
much time for sports anymore. However I've always admired sporty people as they had some kind of glow to them that I didn't have.

A few years later I decided it was time to do something for my health again. That was the moment I joined a gym for the first time in my life. Only after few months I quit, since I wasn't confident in what I was doing there and was also afraid to ask for help.
⠀⁣
In the summer 2019 I gathered all my courage and started again. I trained intensively and changed my diet. Thanks to that I managed to get to the best physical form of my life and lost 20kg. Still I was not sure what exactly am I doing in the gym. ⁣

I started studying to become a international personal trainer. I believe that it was time to stop doing stuff I wasn't sure about and start to train according to my goals. I studied anatomy and a lot about the science of trainings. Now I have the necessary knowledge and skills to design and conduct trainings according to one's personal goals to get the desired results.
⠀⁣
My goal now is to help people like me to start loving gym and healthy food. Now I also have this sporty person glow and I want to spread it to you, too.
